Estimates, scope changes, payment, membership, exclusions and how we handle damage.

Estimates and quotes

Any figure shown on this website, including the fast starting estimate on our quote form, is a starting range and not a quote. It is based on the size band your home appears to fall into. Your price becomes binding only when we have confirmed it in writing and you have approved it.

Changes to scope

If we arrive and the work is materially different from what was described or photographed, we will stop and discuss it with you before proceeding. You may approve a revised price or ask us to perform the original scope only. We will not add work and present you with a bill for it.

Payment

Payment is due after the work is completed and the final walkthrough is done. We do not take deposits for standard residential work. Membership is billed monthly in advance under the plan terms you agreed to.

Membership

Seasonal Exterior Care bills monthly. Your price band is set at your first quote. Cancel with 30 days' written notice; there is no cancellation fee. Included visits not used within the plan year do not roll over. Founding-member pricing, where offered, is locked for 24 months from your start date.

Access and safety

We need safe access to the areas being cleaned, including a working outdoor water spigot unless agreed otherwise. We will decline any work we judge unsafe, and we will tell you why rather than attempting it anyway.

Things we exclude

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions we identify and record before starting, including failed window seals, permanent hard-water etching, oxidized or failing paint, deteriorated glazing putty, damaged screen frames, loose gutter hangers, or existing scratches in glass. We will point these out and put them in writing before we begin.

If we damage something

We tell you the same day, document it, and repair it, replace it, or claim it through our liability insurance. Our certificate of insurance is available on request.

Our guarantee

The 48-Hour Sightline Promise is set out in full on our guarantee page and forms part of these terms.

Weather

We reschedule for weather at no charge. Members go to the front of the rescheduling queue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Nothing here limits your rights under New Jersey consumer protection law.
