What we collect

When you use our quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, the services you are interested in, any notes you add, and the photographs you choose to upload. When you call or text us we keep a record of the conversation so we can serve you properly.

What we do with it

We use it to prepare your estimate, schedule and perform your work, invoice you, and follow up afterwards. Photographs are used to estimate and to document the job on your customer record.

We do not publish photographs of your property, or use them in marketing, without asking you first. If you would rather we did not keep them after the quote, say so and we will delete them.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with data brokers or advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Who else touches it

Our website is hosted by Netlify and form submissions are delivered by email. We use standard business software for scheduling, invoicing and payments. These providers process your information on our behalf and only for the purpose of running our business.

Payments

We do not store card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment processor.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number we will use it to confirm appointments, send arrival notices and follow up on your job. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, other than records we are required to keep for tax and insurance purposes.
